She has been in jail since April 2017 but I finally got to bring my baby home.
She was hungry so I fed her really good, she burped a lot and puked brass
Damn, these mags are hard to load but so easy to unload.

She is set up for nine but is a 9/45 Mac.

It uses ZMags suomi mags won't feed. He changed feed angel for better performance.
The drums still work.
I got a six pack of mags I think it was a little over $200.

It's amazing transforms it into a nice very reliable subgun...
Very light weight & tight fit.

Great news bud, so I guess I should install the 3/4" X 10 mount on the CAC9.

I would like to shoot it with suppressor.

I did decided to get a Gemtech Viper 9 just for this bullet hose. New for $500 isn't bad I guess.

Got plenty of cans to choose from when I get a Lage upper.

I'm a little confused about my Mac.

It is a 9mm / 45 marked gun. I thought that in 9mm configuration that I would need a mag well adapter but not in 45. The 9mm Sten mag that came with the gun does not require a mag well adapter.  Is that correct for the 9/45?

My adapter uses factory m11 mags

Always wanted to try 45 Gap in my 9 mm Magwell.
That would require getting a barrel chambered in 45 Gap probably too expensive just to try.

Have you tried a .45 mag in it?
I don't see how it can take both without an adaptor unless it was an Uzi magwell (which yours obviously is not) or MAYBE some specialized mag.
Just being stamped with both calibers does not mean much. I have seen 9mm adapters for grease gun magwells.

That is a 9mm gun.

there might be some way to Make it shoot 45, but that only way I know of it to cut the grip off and weld a GG lower on.

Chas8008 is right. If it uses sten mags then it will only shoot 9mm. No way to shoot .45 unless you change to a GG magwell. Then you can use an adapter to go either way. Plus a .45 upper.

That is another good point that triangle mag well won't fit a sten mag body.

Can you post a photo of the magazine that fits in there I think it's just the regular one

Many of the Texas MAC frames (I have heard in excess of 1000) were purchased by Wayne Daniels when Leatherwood operation folded.  These "Texas MACs" frames were built-up using RPB and Cobray parts and most importantly, they were TIG welded. The SWD Texas MACs use a SWD magazine housing, SWD grip, SWD 9mm barrel, and most importantly the SWD Zytel mags.

This is what gun I have except that it is set up for Sten mags.
m11 mags are to small, 45 to big and mac10 9mm are not correct for my gun I believe.

I have a pile of South African mags that fit the Texas Mac Z tell mag well.

The problem trying to run 45 is there too long, I think I could get 45 Gap to run but no Barrel to give it a try.
I welded the South African mag on the Suomi  drum to make it work.

When I got the amp upper there is no point messing around with that anymore.
Now with the lage upper all is good.

Well poop I need to shoot my sten more

yes sten mags suck to load.

maybe think about a Uzi magwell conversion? I love mine.

uzi mags in 9mm are easy to load and cheap.
45 Uzi mags "by pro mag" are too

That's the Lage Left Folding Butt stock, 9-1/2" and I added the canted stock adapter (not in this pic though) which drops it below the charging handle and allows full function of the weapon with the stock folded.

I really want to get one for my M10/45. I have a first generation Lage upper, the MAX-10, but I’d like to be able to shoot 9mm by just swapping out uppers. It’s on the list but I always seem to but something else first.

Looks awesome!
