If you are not sending it in during the May/June rush, probably less than 2 weeks.

I sent mine (initial, not renewal) in at the end of May. We had it back by the last week of June.

Remember it is July to July....so if you send it in after January you are going to need to pay again in July.....It took 3 weeks to get our first and I send in my check when i get my paperwork in May.
