I've seen an impressive collection earlier this year.

I only have one, a model 94 marked as "-MODEL 94 - 30 W.C.F - ".  Serial number is 14106xx which should put it around the end of WWII.

I have a saddle-ring carbine in 30-30 made in 1921 and a rifle made in 1896 in 38-55 with an octagon barrel.

Rifle (shown with 1892 made in 1893) .............

I have a late 40s vintage flat band in immaculate shape.  Serial number 1497XXX.

Was my dad's.  Didn't even know he had it until after he passed.

One of his idiot friends grazed him in the leg on one of their hunting trips back in the early 50s.  Climbing over a fence with a round in the chamber.  Classic/cliche idiot hunting move.  It apparently went in a closet after that and stayed there.

I have a few, but I've started getting rid of them except for one that I can't bring myself to let go of. I recently sold a nice 1941 carbine and a NIB .45 Colt carbine. I'm about to let go of a 26" round barrel sporting rifle in .32 WS and a 26" octagon barrel sporting rifle in .30 WCF. The main one that I can't see go is a well used 26" octagon barrel sporting rifle with a factory installed Lyman Beach sight, Lyman fold down rear sight (to allow a clear sight picture for a tang sight), and Lyman tang sight. I'll post pictures later of the sporting rifles, but here's the carbine that I recently sold:

I don't collect them, but I do have one Winchester 94. It's a newer version with a cross block safety chambered in 44 magnum. It's a nice little hunting carbine.

Guess I'm not the only one. Was just telling my Dad yesterday that my ARs  and plastic pistols are awesome, but hold little sentimental value for me. A good S&W revolver, 1911 or lever gun has a special place in my heart though.

I own a few. The highlight of my life was when this happened. There was a thread here on it back then. Some of you will remember

I'm not a collector and just have one.  This is my top eject Model 94 .44 magnum.  It's age is late 60's to early 70's, from the first time Winchester chambered the 94 in this caliber.  It belonged to my father who bought it new while in the Air Force.  I inherited it several years ago and I love it.  It cycles and shoots very well.  Sorry for the terrible picture, I just realized I didn't have anything better.  I guess I need to take a better one.  (The two revolvers are twin Ruger New Vaquero Bisley's in .45 Colt).  Should Ruger ever release a stainless 5.5" Bisley in .44 magnum it will pair up with this Winchester.
