Anyone have experience with this soft armor? I’m needing a balcs cut armor for my eagle Ciras plate carrier.

BALCS is a very large cut. Lots of coverage, It's considered a full wrap soft armor cut. It's great if you're in a situation where pistols and frag make a significant portion of the threat profile. High com makes good soft armor. If you're in a plate where it gets hot remember PE based soft armor can denature.
