I just received this beauty, 16 1/2” barrel, 35” total. It feels great holding it, the weight is evenly distributed. I haven’t shot it yet, that’s happening this weekend.
I disassembled it to clean it up and oil it, kind of a pain but taking my time it wasn’t too bad.

Very nice. I was looking to buy one last year but, found a Winchester 94 Trapper that I could trade for.
All lever actions are a pain in the ass to service but, worth every penny. Enjoy.

Nice gun........ .357 lever guns are fun. A while back I found a Winchester 94AE in .357, and it's a handy gun despite the longer barrel.............

Went shooting this past weekend, with .38 specials there was almost no recoil, with .357 mag there was a push more than a kick. Very enjoyable!!
I will replace the buckhorn style rear sight and the bead front sight with HiViz sights, I just couldn’t get a good sight alignment or sight picture!
Over all shooting the gun was very fun, I was wearing a smile all day!

I love mine.  Great shooter and handy as all get out.  Whenever I take my dad shooting he makes sure I bring that gun above all others.

Was in the market for one but wound up finding a great deal in an 1894c and went that route.  Getting rid of the buckhorn sites and going fiber optic has been a blessing.

Skinner and RPP both make nice peep sights for that gun.  Either of those combined with a FO front sight would make for a dandy package.

Lucky!

I am in the market right now for either that exact gun, or the brass carbine.

Can't decide!
