That one is well known as the "Undersized Thumbnail" tube... :)

Sorry, the pic is a little bit small - can you please repost it - also a pic of the photocathode that shows the color you most see, and the other end also, and any markings will help us greatly.

Though on the face of it, it looks like a MX10160 of some kind.

edit: actually, it looks kind of short, so might be a MX10130.

It is a pvs 7 tube.   My reference sheet does not have data for any of the numbers on it.  I will try and get a bigger picture

Well if I was able to cross numbers and dig I think it is a Omni 1 tube.   Did anybody find anything else??

MX10130, Omni III ( Early Omni III ). Gen3. Made by Litton.

Would be my guess...
