For 4K you can get a high spec tube in a PSV14, but you may want to consider going with a articulating NVD BNVD XLS tube bino "from one of our vendors" in the mid 5K. Each tube can turn on/off individually when raised or lowered into place and they fold flat against your helmet to keep the weight off of your neck.

The Night Goggles PVS-14 with Photonis Echo WP is a great bargain which will leave you some extra scratch if needed for helmet, mount, arm, etc. If you don't have an NV compatible optic, I'd use the coupon for that, since optics are better big-box store products than something like night vision.
