I'm making a form 1 can and ordered a "booster adapter" for my tube that is 1.125"x28 thread pattern.

Allegedly, this was supposed to let me use Obsidian brand mounting options, the idea being to use the Obsidian 3 lug mount.

I got the Obsidian mount today but it seems entirely too small for the booster adapter I have and doesn't thread on. Is it supposed to interface directly with the booster adapter, am I missing a piece that goes between the two, was I sent the wrong size booster adapter?

Edit: Apparently I got the wrong size adapter, calipers are measuring it as 1.146 inside diameter.
