I do the internet firearms sales for a large store. This antique is kicking my butt on identification and value.
Writing between barrels says: Scholz Osnsbruck.

Look up "Bock" rifle shotgun combination. Probably a "guild" gun? You should also visit Doublegun.com.

Nice cape rifle. I get nothing searching for Scholz Osnabruck but guessing you tried that.

What caliber? Assuming the smooth bore is 16 gauge.

you need to take it down and show all the numbers and proofs etc on the bottom of the barrels and also on the water table,
