I’ve kept up to date on a few form 1s since 41f, but just recently decided to add some more suppressors to my trust. I added an amendment in 2018 removing trustees and leaving me as the sole “responsible person.” I’ve done at least two form 1s since then without issue.

My main questions are regarding fingerprint cards and photos for the form 4 and form 23. Since the transferee on the form 4 is my trust do I attach a photo to that form? Or just one photo to the form 23? Is it still just two sets of fingerprints mailed with both forms?

Do I mail a single copy or two copies each of the Form 4 and Form 23? There seems to be conflicting information here.

The dealer I’m using isn’t very familiar with the trust route, especially post 41f.
