If the NFA '34 and the taxes associated with the firearms covered under it were to vanish tomorrow, it would not invalidate Title 1 or 2 of the GCA......NFA '34 is tax code....GCA us US Criminal code.

Then instead of a "tax" being levied on manufacture/transfer of certain firearms, it would just be called a "processing fee"...…

Some of the principles in US vs. Rock Island apply in this guys case......which he has a 0.00% of winning
