Had my barrel shortened to 16.1" and re-threaded.
Shoulder is perfectly square (was not with factory threading) Crown is nice. Painted the stock and sealed with matte wheel acrylic. Should be stiffer even with the sporter profile. Will shoot when temp come back up next week.

2 inches off the barrel changed what it likes. Spent the day trying everything I had in the safe.
Found the ONE 20 shots, 2 mags, one hole. PMC Moderator 
Out shot all others including Eley and Gold Medal.

The other holes there are from other strings. It really was like the heavens opened and a light shown on the PMC.
People don't think 22 be like it is... but it do. |

I polished the bottom of my bolt
Widened my barrel channel Lowered the tension on my mag spring to 4 flats Tape bedded the bedding blocks Eley Edge, .168 @ 25yds
