Just bought 4 packs of 250 ea. for cartridge .30 (F. A. No. 70 ). In 2 wooden trays of 125 each packaged  2 to a cardboard sleeve.
Hope they all go off.

Didn't know they made primers. They gonna be called FAP?

Bought in a package deal of 2271 assorted primers for $20.
Got 200 Winchester Western Staynless primers no. 120 in the deal also.

They were made at the Frankford Arsenal, in Philadelphia Pennsylvania.

The #70 is the priming compound, definitely corrosive, mixture first adopted in 1919.

They were most likely sold by the NRA through the DCM.
