Just got a corrections notice on a Form 1, somehow my address wound up in the original manufacturer slot. I’m being asked to correct it, but the slot is already filled in.

Where do I make the correction?

It’s a paper form and the incorrect part is filled in. Sorry if I’m being obtuse, I’m just not sure what you mean.

On the form 1 I messed up I just put a line through the incorrect info, wrote the correct stuff in some white space  next to it and initialed.
