i have six nfa items that i want to transfer to a new single trust, all currently registered either with single shot trusts or individual, if i submit all of the form 4s in a single envelop can i just include one set of finger prints and one copy of the trust for all six items?  I am the only responsible person.  I think the answer is yes but am seeing conflicting info on the internet.

Also, since a few of them are form 1 sbrs registered individuals, on the form 4 do i list myself or the original manufacturer on the form under description of firearm?
