I've got everything ordered and my form 1 submitted. Here's my parts list for a 308 sized build:

Maverick Raven 1.5x8 tube
6 Dino Precision 1.372 Midweight Skirted Cones and 1 light weight skirtless cone

I look now the stock will be a little long but I'll lathe them down to fit right. I plan on clipping the baffles also. Anything else I'm missing or other tips for a first timer?

I would register and ask this question on form1.org
You'll be hard pressed to get a good answer on arfcom.
There's a bunch of knowledgeable people on the form 1 site that'll point you in the right direction.

I'd put at least a single heavy baffle as the blast.
What are your spacing and clipping plans?

Well I've since revised my plan. I'm doing a total of 10 midweights and the skirtless. I plan on progressively spacing them tighter going towards the end cap with a single clip on each. I should mention that this is going on mostly 16in 223/300blk, 10in 300blk, and the occasional 16in 308. 95% will be super sonic. It'll be for hunting mostly and always direct thread, qd muzzle devices just add extra weight for my application.

10 cones in a 8” tube for supers doesn’t compute… are you basically doing zero blast chamber?

No, I just got a few extra for the next build and in case I screw one up. I'm figuring a 2in blast chamber then progressive baffle spacing for 7 or 8 baffles. With the first few at .5in spacing.

if you have a lathe why not roll your own internals?

Between material cost and balancing time with my wife and 3 kids it's just easier for me to buy them. I would like to do that one day though.

Actually 9 cones can fit in an 8 inch tube quite well. It would be better to have some longer skirts at the beginning.

.75 dropping .05 every cone.  .75 .70 .65 .60 .55 .50 .45 .40 trim the last to fit with little to no skirt. That stack would be 4.6 inches, not including trimming the last cone. If you went with a 2.75 blast chamber he is at 7.35, figure 3/4 of an inch for the end caps he is close. Might need to to do the first 2 at .7 or .65 to fit, or drop the BC to 2.5. But 9 will fit.

Not bad.
I'd drop the blast to ~2.625 and not make the first couple skirts shorter, to save space. Save that for the .5, .45, etc length skirts.
You really want those first few baffles to have larger chambers.
