In all my years as a gun owner, I've shot plenty of them but never owned one. Got a used one for a fair price this week. Already had a scope and rings in the closet so got it all set up. From the serial it seems this was made around 1995, and looks like it hadn't been shot much but had been cleaned even less. Gritty action and trigger but after a nice cleaning this thing feels new. Has some dings in the stock, no gouges though. I've always loved the look of a wood stock rifle with a scope, can't wait to get to the range.
