6 oclock there are 3 set screws and the barrel has three corresponding dimples.
I recommend:
install without loctite first
to make sure the gas block is aligned remove gas tube 'holder' set screw from the top and use a small allen key / big light to see the alignment of the gas hole in the barrel in relation to where the gas tube will sit
once verified, install gas tube (reinstall gas tube holder set screw)
load several mags with 3 rounds. alternate gas block settings, can/no can and ammo types to verify function (watch ejection pattern, properly gassed should land the shots ~4 o clock), proper gas also should have bolt lock back on empty mag last round fired.
If all checks out, and you are sure you got the barrel nut on you want (free float rail, you'll want to test this rail to make sure you can get at the block and that it fits over the block) Go back home and remove one screw at a time and loctite it down (hand tight with long end of allen key)
