Hello,
I am currently filing for my first SBR under a form 1. I bought a silencerco trust that I am going to be filing under. My question is do I have to transfer the lower I am going to be converting to the trust before I submit my form? As of right now there are no items on the trust. Again I’m new to this so any help would be appreciated.

Shouldn’t matter.

Trust will own the SBR as soon as the form is approved because the trust name should be listed as the transferee.
