I am not a 10/22 expert but am pretty good mechanically.

This thing has me confused. Safety/selector is in, trigger spring and plunger (behind the trigger) in, when I install the trigger itself the plunger comes out of the back of the housing so far I can see the spring and the plunger binds. Sideways. Like the hole for the spring is drilled at a 30-40 degree angle and the Franklin trigger doesn't have a divet for the plunger to sit in.

I can't find any detailed pics or videos online. Plenty of videos, but none show any good pictures.

Any help???

I'm not familiar with your particular trigger, but the factory trigger return spring and plunger is drilled at an angle into the trigger guard, and slides across the rear of the trigger, no divot

is the hammer, disconnecor, and hammer spring installed when you are checking the trigger movement?

Not taking mine back apart lol!

I used some light oil on the return plunger and the longer franklin spring. It DOES sit cockeyed.

Once the hammer is in it pushes the trigger back far enough that I cannot see the trigger plunger spring. Until then it binds.

Hopefully I'll get a chance to test fire it this weekend.
