Alright, what i have is a ATX Armory Billet lower, I had it engraved locally to make it into a SBR, well they screwed it up pretty serious, its bad. The place i have used before for is based in CA and said they Can't accept a SBR Lower. so here i am.

Looking for a place that can fix(as good as possible) the engraving and re coat the lower, i did the googles, there are so many places, not sure who's good. The local place was recommended to me by a local gun shop, I'm pretty sure Helen Keller could have done better
