How do I do it now with 41F? I have a trust, but I dont want to have every RP have to do finger prints and crap. If I remove them from the trust (they dont give a crap if I do) do i just edit the schedule A?

Also. How do I submit the fingerprints? I have tried to look up the new rules but none of the info is very helpful. None of them mention anything about how to submit the fingerprints and the CLEO notification. I have 13 tax stamps already but I haven't done anything new since 2013.

When you file you’ll get an email that includes a cover sheet to use when you mail in your FP cards. Photos will be uploaded to EForms. You’ll mail a copy of the Form 1 and any applicable RPQs to the CLEO you selected (and input their info into EForms).

I’ve never seen a Schedule A that has anything to do with RPs.

Depending on how your trust is written, you should be able to draft an amendment that removes the other RPs, leaving you and whoever is listed as a beneficiary.
