Never participated in one... I bought into a "program" on zanders last night but don't know how it works. IE. no order shows up on the website, just got the e-mail..

Obviously I cannot call them until Monday morning!

For other newbies to this process:

When I called they said that they have to manually key in the orders before they are released. So that is why you get an e-mail but it doesn't show up online right away. My e-mail ended up in the spam/junk folder though, so if you participate in one of these be sure to check there to make sure your order was placed.
