From other photos I've seen, it looks about right

In the neighborhood I’d say....

Looks fine.  Install sear, find out.

The hole looks like it is going to cause trouble, if you have a dog go say goodby to him/her now.
Other than that it looks fine

I have seen a couple lowers with terribly drilled holes work fine.

So can we get to the punchline already?

Well seeing as how he has a dealer account on here, I am assuming he is a 07 FFL with an SOT, and it is perfectly legal for him to manufacture a machinegun for sale or demonstration.

I would advise next time to use one of the now readily available M 16 FCG cut lowers with full auto markings that have come onto the market recently.

This eliminates the need to machine out the FCG pocket further or engrave the additional selector position for auto.

Literally the only difference between these new lowers and an M 16 is the sear pin hole!

Good price as well.
BCI Defense lowers were $115.00 and they no longer sell them.

What buffer weight do you plan to use?

Whose jig did you use?
Possibly the camera angle but the pic in your OP makes the hole look oblong.
Does the sear pin fit in tightly?
Any 'unusual' resistance as it entered the opposite side of the lower, meaning that they are 'a bit out of spec' from one side to the other?

Thought this was a post in GD. Sorry about the distraction, carry on.

So out if the 4 lowers I converted. 2 don't appear to have the hammer engaging the sear, it's super close They were drilled with the same jig, same bits, same everything.

What can I do to resolve?

All 4 of the lowers the same brand?

Enlarged the pics.
Almost look as though a larger bit or Something cause a chamfer or larger outer diameter around the original hole.
The drilled hole does look way out of round and appears to have burrs in it, the OP pic.
Back to my question...
How did the pins fit?

No ill intent, trying to help.

At first glance it looks as if the hole was not drilled straight through, but it appears to be an optical illusion as the camera is not directly above the hole.  Given that, it looks like it's in the right place - but the bigger issue is the engraving was, ah, unfortunate.  lol.  i'd bet it works fine.

Are the full auto lower parts kits all from the same source?   And are the issues of the hammer not locking back properly just from testing manually in the lower with no upper, all with the same upper with same bolt carrier, or does each build have its own upper and 2 of them aren't working properly?
