I would expect so.  I have one of the new Samson railed handguards and it works great.  The ultimak attaches the same way.

No.  Even as low as the MRDS is mounted, the irons are still too low.  I have heard the Ultimak with the Bushnell TRS? (maybe?) is low enough to co-witness.  But can't confirm.

If it was a rifle for serious use, I would not be reliant upon this Venom.  It just seems a little fragile.  I have a spare Trijicon MRO, I'm going to order a low mount and give that a try on this rifle next.

Yes; mine works fine.  But as stated, not a direct cowitness, and offhand I can't even recall it being a true 1/3 but it might be.

You'll need to order the correct model of Ultimak for your particular rifle, but all of these scout rails should fit properly regardless of the stock used, as long as the stock replicates the OEM stock in that area.

Many users prefer the Ultimak to the similar Amega Ranges Scout rail, as the Ultimak is significantly lower than the AM unit and getting the optic as low as possible is absolutely essential when using Scout-type forward-mounted optics.  Can't comment on the Samson unit's height.
