Quoted: So last time I did a form one was pre 41f back when efile was first up and running. now with 41f I feel lost. What am I missing? If I got this right I need to: 1. Get fingerprinted. 2. fill out eform 1, pay etc. 3. print cover letter (does this print out when the eform is finished or what is this) 4. fill out responsible person form with picture 5. mail finger prints, cover letters, and responsible person form for each firearm to ATF (one set of prints can be used for multiple forms if mailed together) 6. mail responsible person form (no picture or prints to CLEO) That order isn’t gonna work exactly right. You have to have #4 done before you can finish #2. You’ll fill those out, sign them, scan them, and upload them into eForms before you pay & submit. Once you submit, you’ll get a copy of the form in email (or can download it from eForms), and you’ll send the CLEO Copy (no photo/prints) to the CLEO you designated when filling out the Form 1 online. It will also have the cover sheet attached which you’ll send in with the prints. You don’t mail anything to the ATF other than the cover sheet and FD-258LE fingerprint cards. |

Thats where I was getting confused. Do I need a person form for each individual firearm or just one for the batch? |
