Id say no it’s disassembled at that point. If you are really paranoid about it pull out the bcg and barrel assembly before hand until the swaps over not like it can operate like that and when it’s put back together it’s going to be over 26”.
If you are going to pin and weld anyways you might as well go for the slim buttpad instead of the manticore one. |

The Tavor Curved Buttpad and X95 Curved Buttpad was specifically designed to keep the OAL length of the gun over 26" while reducing the length of pull. You do not need to pin the muzzle device.
