Capitol Armory offers it in a number of states. Florida was one of them IIRC.
The reason not every dealer can do this is it requires them to have a FFL in each state in order to ship directly to customers there. |

check capital armory site for the states they ship to.
i used silencer central for a few cans, not the best with communication, but it does come to your door. they can also order almost any can(s) that aren’t listed on their website. |

Any dealer can mail a silencer to the customer in their state once approved. Silencer Central and Capitol Armory have simply expanded their footprints by acquiring FFLs in additional states. |

In my case it was nice. Saved me a 200 mile trip there and a 200 mile trip back. That's substantial... $100 in gas at today's prices, and the better part of a day in time.
