FYI - CDNN has some factory "blemished" Ruger mini-14 mags for $19.99.  I bought one to check it out - It looks like new, and upon close inspection it has a few minor rough areas where the sheet metal may have been slightly corroded before stamping and blueing.  It is marked with white lettering "blemished" as pictured.  I ran two boxes of brass federal 55 grain through it no problems.

CDNN has fixed rate shipping at $9.99 so its a better deal if you order more stuff.
