Anyone ever done this?  Is there anything that prevents an approved form 1 suppressor from being rifled?

Plenty of people have... DeLile clones, suppressed stens, .22 pistols etc.

Many have made integrally suppressed platforms. I've done several, myself.

I don't understand your question about rifling. Could you elaborate?

The only difference between a form1 silencer and a form1 integral silencer is the integral should include a barrel length as well as an OAL.

Thanks. I was really only concerned with any unknown building a form 1 that also incorporated a barrel as part of its design.

The housing of the can is still recorded as the overall length, and the barrel would be inclusive of the measurement.
