Ask your dealer what they're seeing. For example, the ATF is currently quoting 232 days, and our internal average at the dealer I work at is about 200 days.
Take their info with a grain of salt and understand there's no guarantees, but going right to the source is typically the best info. Pro Tip- Don't be that guy that calls every week after 90 days and keep explaining how Silencer Shop told you 90 days. |

I had a $200 paid SBR come back in 10 days just a month ago. The "free" stamps, I am sitting at about 20 days for the first.

Its a mess right now due to the brace amnesty rush. Check the tacked tracking threads here and see where the newest posters are reporting, but even that is a very rough indication.

its all over the place...
I had 13, 31, 43, 74, and 64. still have a 80+,44 and 21 sbr paid mind you not brace and 14 on a sbs out there. As for my cans I dont even bother looking on those 3. the 64 day was a brace mke |

Not in a rush but it is interesting to see the feedback. eform 4 for me was spot on on here all last year, to include jan of this year. according to the tracking thread i started getting antsy january 10-20th that my last can should be coming soon. a month later i said fuck it and called atf only to find out i had been approved jan 15th but i was one of the special one who never got an email with my "stamp". my dealer had to print off my "stamp" from his side of things. 5 emails to atf and i have stiff not received anything from them. lol |

Check the tacked tracking threads here and see where the newest posters are reporting, but even that is a very rough indication. my amnesty is "entrust", my original filling was like feb 2. it was way off on tracking for me, then all of a sudden my phone blew up i had 6 denials (all batched), and the next day 5 more (all batched). i still had a couple left to file so between 4/26-4/29 i filed all 14. my denials were because i had forgotten my assignment pages. i had gotten conflicting answers because i was using the 24 month exception rule BUT i hadn't submitted my assignment page before as it was not needed before. |

That's what I am getting the impression is that everything is going nuts. I guess I will get an general answer hopefully by the end of summer for the Form 1 and the Form 4 next year.

They were really fast to approve my 4 different eForm 1's. Took about a month and all 4 were approved!! One SBS and three SBR's. I was pleasantly surprised. Been years since I did any forms. Used to always be around 5-6 months way back when.

Just received approval for two Form 1 eForms. Submitted Mar 15 and Mar 17. Approximately 60 days. They say paper is a little longer.

I'm at 111 days right now on a paid Form 1 SBR (individual). I've never waited longer than a month for one before. FIFO seems to be a foreign concept to the ATF.

It is so all over the place that it doesn't actually matter talking about it ...
Some are 10, 15, 20, 30, 35, 50,60,90.... I am at 50 right now on my resubmitt with EFT ... before that I was 60 with paper that I withdrew ... |

Form 1 Eforms ETF prints are up to about a month. |

Single RP trust
Paid SBR EFT prints   Just submitted another one on 5/30. I have 2 cans in jail. One was certified in late February and the other in early May. I don’t expect either one to take less than 270 days. |
