You don't NEED the Crye placards. I have my JPC 2.0 set up to take swiftclips no biggie.

How is the ability to far zip on back panels limiting? It still has useable MOLLE, which on the Perroz is a $150 upgrade.

The JPC 2.0 has lots of little features like a built in low profile admin slot CBS emergency doff. The new pricing on the 2.0 makes it a no-brainer. Even at the old pricing I paid, I still would have chosen it.

I have the Mayflower SwiftClip Kit for the clips on the cummerbund.

The top clips came from a MOLLE pack repair kit, but they're common ITW Nexus GTSR Split-Bar Body, 1" Body female clips  You can hang these from the vertical loop on the JPC. Or you could useQASM Vertical Connectoron the horizontal loop. The mayflower kit comes with 2 ITW Nexus GT QASM clips, but they don't have the strap part that allows you to connect them vertically on horizontal MOLLE like the QASM vertical connector.

The Mayflower kit is $18.00 and the ITW Hardware is $.50 each. For $1 you can add placards exactly like the Perroz. For $19 you can easily put SwiftClip kits on a JPC and then you can use Haley, Mayflower, EGL, Spiritus, Velocity Systems, and EssTac placards and chest rigs. You'd still need a swiftclip kit, for the cummerbund attachments, on the Perroz if you wanted to use chest rigs.

You could also use the Ferro Turnover pouches on the front velrco and just wrap the cummerbund over the top.

The JPC2.0 also has a kangaroo pouch (the Perroz doesn't) so you can use kangaroo inserts or the Spiritus and Ferro velcro inserts.

On paper the JPC 2.0 is super flexible, and much more so than the Perroz. If I was looking at super flexible and less expensive than Crye the Ferro Concepts Slickster seems like a better option than the Perroz. You can basically buy a fully kitted out Slickster for the cost of the JPC. However, Crye stuff is always "known quality" which is why I went that direction.
