Have two shipping questions.
I am an FFL
1) Sold rifle to an FFL holder.
He wants rifle shipped to an address not listed on his FFL.
He provided this information.
Seems pretty clear, but since I am here with another question I thought I would ask for opinions.
TITLE 27 CFR CHAPTER II PART 478—COMMERCE IN FIREARMS AND AMMUNITION
§ 478.50 Locations covered by license.
The license covers the class of business or the activity specified in the license at the address specified therein. A separate license must be obtained for each location at which a firearms or ammunition business or activity requiring a license under this part is conducted except:
(a) No license is required to cover a separate warehouse used by the licensee solely for storage of firearms or ammunition if the records required by this part are maintained at the licensed premises served by such warehouse;
Further:
May firearms be shipped to a licensee at an address different from the business premises address identified on the license?
Yes. Neither the GCA nor its implementing regulations require firearms be shipped only to the licensed business premises. Therefore, a licensee may lawfully receive firearms at the licensee’s mailing address, storage location, or other address where the licensee intends to ensure safe and secure receipt of the firearms.

2) Another customer is a C&R Licensee.
He has moved, but has not changed the state he resides in. (Florida)
Applied for the change of address with the BATFE.
Can items be shipped to his new address?
Thank you for your thoughts and opinions!
