The problem is that the G36C stock that comes with the cheekrest is the only one that is threaded for the cheekrest. The standard G36C stock, as well as the K/E stock, aren’t threaded, so there is probably little reason for HK to just sell the cheekrest alone, since the only stock it’s usable on already comes with it. You might want to look at seeing if SL8 stock cheek risers can be adapted, but you’ll have to drill your own mounting holes.
I had an IDZ stock and was not impressed. The problem is that only the front part of the curved cheek riser can be raised a bit, and it’s on the fixed part of the stock, not the extendable rear. It works basically like a SCAR stock, so if you want to extend the stock for a better LOP, you still need to have your cheek right behind the rear of the receiver to get any use from the riser. I ended up quickly going back to my G36C stock with the riser.
