He had good info, but played lose with the rules.
The tacked thread at the top of the page. Red highlight, READ BEFORE POSTING.
https://www.ar15.com/forums/Armory/You-Think-The-Components-Shortages-Are-Bad-Now-/42-519519/Was a political post with a pic of a chicom leader (which he removed the pic) and was mostly frustration with the election.
Well he is not the only one, but this is not a political forum.
So I locked the thread.
I should have given him a warning, but didn't, this being the holiday season and hoping he would get the message without a warning.
A lot of folks do and I don't give many warnings. Maybe a red comment time to time.
Then there was this,
https://www.ar15.com/forums/Armory/Rocky-Mountain-Reloading-Has-Hornady-62grn-FMJ-Bullets-in-Stock/42-519477/Which was a WTF thread, so I locked it and told him to post in the WTF thread.
This was followed by an angry IM calling me names ect.
His excuse was "another poster posted something like this in another thread, so I didn't do anything wrong".
He started a thread to post where to find.
The other thread was going along questions being answered and someone posted a link to bullets. Part of the thread topic, so fine.
That's the argument every kid uses with their mom. "little billy did that and didn't get in trouble".
Didn't work with mom and not working here.
Bye Steve.
