Looks like a Shirogorov.
Is probably a knock off if it doesn't have the

It's not a slip lock, lock back, friction lock, frame lock, axis, or auto. Is there anything besides liner lock that it could be?

The unique screw cuts are a Shirogorov trade mark (of sort's).  But, as per above, it should be marked.

Despite being a knock off, it's still better than the Chinese Kershaws, Gerbers, and most Cold Steels.
