I have read through a bunch of the stickies and threads in this section, and am still unclear. It's more so me, and not so much the information not being there -_-

Can I get an FFL to a private residence in FL? What about for NFA?

Exactly. Bottom line, you need to show the ATF that a home based firearms business is not prohibited where you live. Phoenix, AZ where I live has no zoning regulation against it.
