It will be set into forms and have a concrete wall poured around it. I've done some research online and came up with this as a possibility:

It's an American Security vault door. I have no experience in this arena, so any help is appreciated.

I sell a ton of the BF vault doors and they're only a few hundred more.  Average cost on the 1/2" plate version is about $3,700-$3,800.  I'm installing yet another one tomorrow if you'd like some photos.

This is the door I put in today.  Left hinged in-swing in textured granite.  Customized for a 10" wall.

Snapsafe just came out with a new vault door both 32 and 36 wide, they are not nearly as strong as the AMSEC BF, seriously not even close but you can also buy 3 for the same price including shipping.

Here is the 32" size: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N0BK97C/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&linkCode=sl1&tag=expertsaferev-20&linkId=687e3d1c7829cb329c3aa249f2dc99c7
Here is the 36" size: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01M07B454/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&linkCode=sl1&tag=expertsafer07-20&linkId=dfd10c42ba15e6e448b7a2d78e69b7b9

I've been wanting to replace my front door with one of these, surely will scare the shit out of anyone trying to rob you if that is the first line of defense....

 Hinge side appears very weak.

It's a B rate in-swing.  It's more substantial than it needs to be.  I believe there are plenty of shortcomings to this door that have to do with how it installs, but from a construction standpoint it's sound.  Also, the manufacturer that you linked to would run roughly $3,000 more.

$6,800 vs. $3,800
