Who is gonna have them for night vision equipment? i.e Dbal i2, D2, A3 etc….

Definitely. Someone convinced to start doing "Black Friday" sales about 18 years ago now- I didn't know what "black friday" was before then LOL.

Many sales will be to our email list only- especially small quantity stuff.

Always a good time of year to get a deal.

Won’t be looking for big purchases, but counterweights, strobes, IR flashlights, and other accessories are what I’ll be looking for.

I believe I’ve seen mention of the FLIR discount somewhere else. Does anyone know if this is actually a manufacturer’s rebate and not a Black Friday discount exclusive to FLIR.com? If it is indeed a rebate, there may be an opportunity to utilize a site sponsor who already offers a price better than MSRP and then get the $250 savings on top of that.

It's not like the rebates a couple years ago wherein FLIR sent you a prepaid visa card as the rebate. This is an "instant savings" rebate as in $250. comes off the MAP (minimum advertised price) right off the bat. Due to stupid FLIR MAP policy BS, it cannot SHOW as $2250. it has to be tallied up at checkout via a coupon code or something similar.

I hate MAP pricing policies, they are a socialist construct in my opinion but a lot of big manufacturers require dealers to follow them.

Often times CALLING nets you a better price on anything with a Minimum advertised price policy. Over the phone the dealer can sell it for whatever he wants.

Thanks man, I was waffling on getting the Revision from DSG and was leaning toward the negative as I didn't find the Skullcrusher as uncomfortable as being out $500. But this is justifiable, if necessary I can use this as a baseline to upgrade later.

Anyone know how fast Gentex typically ships? I assume being able to add to cart is no guarantee of it being in stock?

Not quite.

Photonis are filmless. They have a huge advantage in mixed light environments, and can keep up with L3 in low-light...

But you're still going to pay about the same for L3 or Photonis at the pointy end of town... Echo's not going to cut it, and you're going to not only have to go for INTENS, but a high-spec INTENS at that.

Echo's some good value NV, but it's still the stuff that didn't make the grade for INTENS.

If you want ultra-low-light performance, go for INTENS or L3 filmless.

Yes, entry level binos at $5999. with the ECHO spec tubes. Seeing some great numbers on the PVS14's with the ECHO spec tubes- 69-72 range LP, 32-35 SN

I ordered a maritime for veteran's day and was told it would probably ship early-mid December. They have the shells and the wait time is to add all the accessories to it.
