I have this one from ordnance research. It is very well made but heavy! Shipping may be very expensive depending on where you are.
They come to Knob Creek if you go you can ask them to bring one to pick up there. I have an M60 and 1919 cradle as well as a Barrett soft mount for it. I felt it sat a little low so I also picked up an extension for it. Not sure on HK mounts but 1919 ones are easily found.  Attached File |

I think I've seen MG3 AA used with them. I believe you can buy an replacement mount part so you can mount you HK.

Check ebay. I just bought a MG3/MG42 AA tripod for $185. The seller has more for sale.
