Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Battery pack needed?

Okay just about have what I need for blasting coyotes here in the high desert of Idaho. I’m an old guy @ 70 getting into this spendy NV addiction late in life.
I have kind of a budget setup with a Flir PVS14 and TW bump and most all of the pricey dodads. I’m just curious how long does a AA battery really last?
And is there a good battery pac for the 14s and how do they connect.

With a lithium ion battery just about 50 hours in normal temps.

There is no need for a battery pack therefor one doesn’t really exist for a single -14.

Thanks for the reply it’s greatly appreciated. I know you guys are the go to NV gurus. What did I read about battery voltage was it about rechargeables were bad?
I’ll use IONs for sure thanks again.
