Was told by 2 of my dealers that the Barrett rep just stopped in a week or two ago and sad they weren't taking any new orders for the next 24 months

The new rifle contract for the Army probably has them snowed under in production.
I should go and apply for a job again.

I was just at the factory.
MRAD is three years back-ordered. The .50s are 14+ months back-ordered. |

With that many orders, maybe they should have a second shift to get them out the door! 14 months to 3 years, damn, they need to hire some people!
Guess people will have to do some surfing 🏄♂️ |

If someone wants a 107 - or any .50, really - they should have tried to get the order in a year ago, or more.

Just keep hunting and get on notification lists.
I snagged a 82a1 cq from rural king for 8k bout 5 weeks ago. I have also gotten a few in stock notices from grab a gun for other 82a1 models. There is stock moving but you will have to hunt for em. |

I went back and forth several times as I would really love to have one suppressed but there have been crazy deals out there for 82's and almost never deals for 107's. I grabbed an 82 with a Nightforce SHV for $6700. I don't have the self control to walk away from that
 I don't think I've ever seen a new 107 for under $10k and available. If they were $8k I'd already own one and have a can on it.

Sold my 82 about 2 years ago with intention of getting 107a1 and they still haven’t become available. Dealt with lots of scammers but haven’t seen an 107a1 in stock at a legitimate dealer at under 12.
