I believe the top one is made by B&T as well, it’s just an older design. The one with the diagonal cutouts. I have one of each type and both are B&T marked,but I purchased them years apart.

Come to think of it, The US Sig556 and 551A1 SWAT models came with a chinsy Chinese made rail like the top one. You can tell the difference in person between that and the B&T one.
