It's not letting me view that on my phone without the Reddit app, but they've had the NATO stocks with A3 bolt release in Europe for years. Steyr just doesn't offer them in the US.

I wonder why that is? Wouldn't it be beneficial to Steyr to offer it to the US market? I would love that setup even more than my NATO Aug now. The only reason I chose the NATO version was because of the mags that I own. I didn't feel like buying various mags just for one rifle. |

Who knows.. I guess Steyr is more focused on .mil contracts.. civilian market is just an hobby.. just like most of the European mfg…
How long did it take to HK or Beretta to release a semi auto version of their mil products? |
