I recently received m A3 scope back from Steyr Aug out of Al.
It was as smooth a transaction with a company that I have ever had.
I picked up on of their bullpups in a trade and the scope would not zero...a foot to the left at 25 yards.
Talked to the technical rep and he said send it in. He called and said the crosshair for windage was disconnected...easy fix.
No charge..the whole transaction from first call to getting the scope back took 7 days!
Just thought they deserve a shout-out.

Yeah their customer service is excellent. It's essentially an unwritten transferrable lifetime warranty on US made AUGs.
