I know it's more of a pistol but I figured this would be the best place to post. I don't know why I really want one, but they are cool little guns and nostalgic. The VMAC's are well made from what I've read and cheap too. Anyone own one and can comment?

I have a 45, it’s a brick and somewhat clumsy to use. It never comes out of the safe.

I have the older 9mm and .45 MPA pistols which are pretty much the same animal. The 9mm is very reliable with Sten Mags and so is the .45 with grease gun mags. I have a tailhook
brace on the 9 and Doublestar brace on the .45 making them both a lot more fun to shoot in my opinion. They are both built solid, you could drive a truck over them and
and they would still shoot. I can attach my suppressor to the 9(1/2x28) but can't seem to find an adapter for the .45.

I picked up a VMAC-9 last year. t has worked well.  It is somewhat awkward to hold because the mag protrudes from the grip, but I don't look at it as a serious use gun, more of a range toy.

I got the version that uses Sten mags because I already had a bunch of them. It's size and weight more-than tame the recoil of 9mm which makes it somewhat fun to shoot.

For anything outside of being a range toy there are much better guns out there.

here's a pic of a size comparison with a 92A1 with a 30-round mag..
