Correction: My mistake; I see you are asking about the 7/16x28, not the 9/16x24 thread.
After putting on my glasses... Using it on your .22 rimfire would be fine. I suggest asking the suppressor manufacturer what they think of that thread size on any .30 bore (especially the .300 Win), before doing that caliber. |

Of course I can use another Kimber adaptor but it would be super convenient if someone had a muzzle device in 7/16 |
