Aren't those 750grs?

You can use AMAX info for loading them. I always tell new loaders to use 215grs. of powder to start out with, it's a mild load but will still send an AMAX round 2000 yards.

Then work up your load, I would jump a couple grains at a time and when you get close to 230 or above, watch for pressure signs. Flattened primers, hard to extract brass.... stop and then back down a couple grains.
