Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Any tips or services to cut down Kevlar to a smaller size

I got a free vest a couple of years ago that is like xxxxl and is essentially brand new. I also have a CIRAS that needs armor in it. Plan is to cut down the armor to the correct BALCS size for the CIRAS. Any tips?

Tbh I’d just put the ancient illsized Kevlar panels upon eBay and use the proceeds to buy new ones.
