Looking to order a PVS14 from TNVC and wondering if the Wilcox mount will work with the existing Kota shroud or should I get a new one.

I bought a Kota about 2 months ago and my shroud wouldn’t work with my Rhino II or Wilcox. I had to lightly file the bottom lip. Snug fit but worked fine afterwards. I ended up buying a Wilcox shroud anyways.

A buddy tried a G24 in his, no go. It was so loose you could pull the mount off without releasing it. Yes it was not in the break away setting.

Mine doesn't work but I'm sure a simple file would make it work.

Thanks for the info. I will probably just buy an entire kit to be safe.

A Wilcox L4 3 hole shroud is $61 of cheap insurance.

Any recommendation on a complete mount system? Now that I look at them on your site, there are more options than I thought.
